Every face carries a logic — proportion, structure, asymmetry, history. What we look for isn't what to fill. It's what's out of balance, and why. Sometimes the answer is a needle. Sometimes it's your hormones, your sleep, your skin. We treat the face and the system it belongs to, and we will tell you honestly which one needs the work.
The practice lives in the garden level of an 1850s Italianate townhouse, a few steps from the Hudson courthouse. It was made by people who believed rooms should be built carefully - and nearly two hundred years later, it still holds that standard over everyone inside it. One client at a time, an hour that belongs entirely to you. Poppi’s ethos exists in the moment days after your appointment, when you look in the mirror and recognize yourself - not younger, not different, but present and awake in your own reflection.

Sara was a maker before she was a nurse. Long before the clinical training - dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Nursing, a Master of Arts in Psychology, a second master's in Nursing underway - there was the instinct that has organized her entire life: the need to take what's in front of her and make it more beautiful.
Sara considers her work an artistic practice, one that demands science to wield responsibly. Over more than a decade of injecting, she reads a face with sharp precision: what's structural, what's surface, what should never be touched.
Sara created Poppi small on purpose, honest by policy, and strategically personalized for each individual.

Medical Director
Every protocol at Poppi operates under physician oversight. Dr. Walker is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences with a career spanning emergency medicine and aesthetics — including fifteen years owning and operating his own aesthetic practice before relocating to New York. He knows this field from the inside: what excellent looks like, and what safe requires.
As Medical Director, his role is defined and non-negotiable. He reviews and approves the treatments offered here, sets the clinical standards they're held to, and ensures that everything done at Poppi is done to a physician's standard of care.
