Holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology (University of Pennsylvania) and Nursing (New York University), along with a Master of Arts in Psychology, Sara brings a rare and deeply informed perspective to her practice. Her specialty lies in genetics, methylation, and mind-body synchronicity, with a particular focus on how emotional stress, environmental inputs, and biochemical individuality shape aesthetic outcomes and overall vitality. Her clients benefit not only from her technical skill, but from her rare ability to map both surface and source. With over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine and advanced injectable procedures, Sara’s artistry is informed by a former career as a fashion model and a lifelong passion for design, form, and emotional resonance. She founded Poppi Wellness + Bio-Optimization in 2021 as a private, intentionally curated sanctuary offering exclusive biotech skincare, personalized protocols, and regenerative injectables.

Dr. Jonathan Walker is a highly skilled and compassionate physician dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in critical situations. In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Walker owned and operated an aesthetics practice in Arizona for 15 years before moving to New York. He is affiliated with leading medical facilities, including Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital-Aubrey, Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital-Burleson, and Shannon Medical Center. A graduate of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, Dr. Walker is committed to staying at the forefront  medical advancements. Dr. Walker provides clinical supervision, oversees treatment protocols and ensures compliance and safety to the highest standards.
